1 red wooden heart

White paint

paint brush

3 strips of Vintage Valentines

light pink paper

stripped paper

Dark pink paper

Gift tag

Rubber cement

Modge podge

10 inch red ribbon

White 3D paint in a bottle

Step 1:   Paint the board white

Step 2: after drying glue the light pink paper down

Step 3 Glue the striped paper down

Step 4: Glue the dark pink paper down

Step 5: Glue the 3 vintage graphic strips down

Step 6: Glue down the read heart

Step 7: With white 3d paint in a bottle make small dots around the dark pink paper

Step 8: Red Ribbon

Attatched through the top

Step 8: Add a few 3d paint dotts to the ribbon
